As Senior Finance Manager, you'll oversee core financial operations and provide guidance to ensure fiscal responsibility, transparency, and operational excellence.   • Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Implement and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and nonprofit reporting standards
  • Coordinate annual audits and assist with implementing recommendations
  • Prepare cash flow projections and support financial forecasting
  • Supervise and develop accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and mission-driven culture

What You Bring
