    • Skill enhancement via Harvard Manage Mentor, AI Foundations, and Client Retention training.
    • Shadowing experiences with Directors, Regional Directors of Operations (RDOs), and Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs).
    • Ongoing operational immersion with 2-3 weeks a month spent in the field.
