Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship: Cohort 27-1

Key Role:

Join Booz Allen as a Hiring Our Heroes (HOH) Fellow and take part in a structured program built to support your transition from military service, veteran career or career as a military spouse. Throughout the fellowship, you'll explore our core markets and capabilities, participate in professional and technical learning opportunities, and gain exposure to how we deliver mission impact. You'll engage with colleagues across the company, connect with mentors and leaders, and experience our culture in a collaborative hybrid environment. Along the way, you'll build lasting relationships, expand your network, and discover how your military experience can create impact in a new setting. Fellowships are primarily hybrid, with some remote opportunities available.

Basic Qualifications:

  • SkillBridge fellows must be on active duty or transition leave
  • SkillBridge fellows must be within 180 days of transition from military service for the duration of the 12-week program
  • Military spouses must be registered HOH Career Forward Fellowship or DoD Career Accelerator Program for consideration
  • Veterans must be registered for HOH Career Forward Fellowship Program for consideration
  • Transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses must meet HOH and/or DoD requirements for a fellowship program
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
  • High School Diploma or GED

Advanced Qualifications:

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
