Key Role:

Join Booz Allen as a Hiring Our Heroes (HOH) Fellow and take part in a structured program built to support your transition from military service, veteran career or career as a military spouse. Throughout the fellowship, you'll explore our core markets and capabilities, participate in professional and technical learning opportunities, and gain exposure to how we deliver mission impact. Fellowships are primarily hybrid, with some remote opportunities available.

Basic Qualifications:

• SkillBridge fellows must be on active duty or transition leave
• SkillBridge fellows must be within 180 days of transition from military service for the duration of the 12-week program
• Military spouses must be registered HOH Career Forward Fellowship or DoD Career Accelerator Program for consideration
• Veterans must be registered for HOH Career Forward Fellowship Program for consideration
• Transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses must meet HOH and/or DoD requirements for a fellowship program
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
• High School Diploma or GED

Advanced Qualifications:

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
• Active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
