Corrugated Machine Operator | Flexographic Press Operator | Printing Press Operator
Location: Marshall County, IN (Onsite)
Position Overview
We are seeking Flexo Press Operators or Trainees to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with experience operating slitter/rewinder equipment and working with materials such as film, paper, foil, or labels.
The Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining flexographic press or slitter machines while ensuring production, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate flexo press machines according to job specifications
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Perform job changeovers with minimal downtime
  • Inspect finished rolls for accuracy, proper tension, and defects
  • Record production and quality data accurately
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
  • Load, unload, label, and prepare materials for shipping
  • Complete approximately 2 weeks of training on 1st shift before transitioning to assigned shift

Qualifications
  • Experience working with film, paper, foil, labels, or similar materials preferred
  • Previous corrugator, printing press or flexographic press experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE (steel-toe boots, hair/beard nets)
  • Reliable work ethic and team-oriented mindset

Compensation & Schedule
  • Starting Pay: $22/hour to $30/hour DOE
  • Shift Premium: $0.40/hour for 2nd shift
  • Schedule: 2nd Shift - MON to Thurs 4:00 PM-2:00 AM (10-hour shifts)
    • Must train on 1st shift for approximately 2 weeks
  • Bi-weekly payroll via direct deposit
