Job description

Ziebart in Holland is looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our team. This job is for 30-40 hours a week.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.


Rustproof Technician responsibilities include:

-Process vehicles in an efficient and safe manner

-Remove debris from exterior of vehicles

-Spray chemical to undercarriage carefully

-Apply chemical to a vehicle's exterior, inner body panels, and seams

-Maintain quality Ziebart product and service standards

-Preserve equipment and keep the assigned shop area in a clean and orderly manner

-Perform all other duties as assigned


Detailing Technicians responsibilities include

-Clean and refurbish new and used automobiles

-Wash the vehicle's exterior using a cleaning solution, water, cloths and brushes

-Apply wax to the auto's body, and wipe or buff surfaces to protect them

-Preserve the shine, using a cloth or buffing machine

-Vacuum the interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris

-Clean upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces, using cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices

-Apply preservatives to vinyl or leather surfaces and treat fabrics with spot and stain resistant chemicals

-Employ special purpose cleaners to remove foreign materials that do not respond to normal cleaning procedures

-Apply a reconditioning chemical to vinyl tops of vehicles to restore color and condition

-Uphold Ziebart's quality product and service standards

-Preserve equipment and keep the shop area clean and orderly

-Perform all other duties as assigned


Experience desired, but will train the right person.

High school diploma or equivalent
