Glass Doctor of Northeast Ohio is seeking a skilled Window Film Installer who is also interested in expanding their career into window and glass installation. This unique cross-trained position offers a strong growth path, hands-on training, and the opportunity to become a key member of our rapidly growing team.

What Youll Do

This is a dual-skill role covering film installation and glass installation, with training provided for all glass-related tasks.
Window Film Installation (Primary Skill Set Required)
Work independently and efficiently on:
  • Schools & Universities (security, solar, safety films)
  • Government & Municipal buildings
  • Commercial offices & retail storefronts
  • Residential homes (privacy, heat reduction, decorative films)
  • Healthcare facilities
Glass Installation & Repair (Training Provided)

Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will:
  • Assist with, then independently perform, glass repair and replacement
  • Install windows, insulated units, doors, storefront glass, and more
  • Use tablet-based tools for scheduling, job details, quotes, invoicing, and payment
  • Maintain proper stock, equipment, and a clean company vehicle
  • Represent Glass Doctor with professionalism, communication, and customer service
Requirements

Window Film Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of professional window film installation (commercial and/or residential)
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail

General Requirements

  • Solid mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand tools
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Reliable transportation and excellent work ethic
  • Professional appearance and communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in glass or construction trades is a plus (not required)
