Our part-time, paid internship program provides hands-on experience in a dynamic, innovative environment within the entertainment industry. Interns can work up to 29 hours per week with a flexible schedule to accommodate academic commitments. Participants will engage in real projects, gaining practical industry insights while developing professional skills through workshops and career-building sessions. The program also features guest speaker events with industry experts, networking opportunities with professionals and fellow interns, and exclusive perks such as company outings, team-building activities, and access to film and media screenings.


Summary


The People & Culture team is seeking a proactive, highly motivated, detail-oriented, and creative intern who is passionate about learning and growing in the field of Human Resources. This role provides a unique opportunity to support a variety of HR functions, including employer branding for recruiting efforts, internal communications with employees, events and engagement planning and execution, and comprehensive support of the internship program. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the development and enhancement of our organizational culture.


The Experience

  • Intern Program Support: Assist with the full lifecycle of our internship program โ€“ including recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement programming, and offboarding โ€“ while learning how to create a standout intern experience from start to finish.
  • Intern Experience Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for current interns, helping answer questions and support their day-to-day needs. Assist in drafting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with university partners for future cycles.
  • Internal Communications: Under the direction of the VP, help craft and distribute internal announcements and key updates that inform and engage employees across the company.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding efforts by helping develop content and strategies for social media, job boards, and our careers page โ€“ learning how storytelling and branding intersect in the world of HR.
  • Employee Engagement: Partner with the VP to support company-wide events, appreciation programs, and workshops that bring our values to life and strengthen our culture.
  • HR Operations & Process Improvement: Assist with administrative tasks and documentation and contribute ideas for improving workflows and creating clarity around our People & Culture processes.
Requirements:

Who You Are

  • Must be enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class during the semester/quarter (spring/summer) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within the past six (6) months
  • A GPA of 3.5 or above is highly preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
