Job description

Amazon MGM Studios is the home for talent, creating and producing original films and television series for a global audience. Amazon MGM Studios produces and acquires Original movies for theatrical release and exclusively for Prime Video.
We are hiring a Media Coordinator to join our growing Amazon MGM Studios Theatrical Media team. The role will assist in executing media plans, managing workflow, and building effective presentations

Successful candidates will have media planning and investment experience, can stay nimble in a rapidly evolving environment, and are eager to grow and learn.
Key job responsibilities
- Support film campaign development, from broader strategy objectives to detailed plan execution.
- Maintain media summaries for internal teams, executives, and filmmakers.
- Manage IOs and invoicing.
- Assist in development of deck presentations.
- Organize deadlines and key dates into comprehensive calendars and docs to provide guidance to various marketing teams.
- Maintain accuracy in all plan development by cross referencing updated info and docs.
- Assist in managing creative rotation strategy by tracking creative pipeline for linear and digital assets.
- Assist senior team across all disciplines.
