Machine Operator - Production Technician
Austell, GA
$22.34 per hour
7 a.m. - 3:30 pm M-F
Position Summary
The individual in this role will play a key role in the production process of our hollow metal doors and frames. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the efficient and accurate manufacturing of our products, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This position offers an opportunity to learn and develop skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment. It is imperative that they do so with precision and efficiency, ensuring a consistently high level of customer service that exceeds expectations and fosters satisfaction. Qualifications, Education and Experience
*Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or construction preferred, but not required.
*Ability to use hand tools, read shop drawings and accurately use a tape measure
*Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
*Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
*Commitment to safety practices and procedures.
*Ability to follow instructions (both written and orally) in English
*Ability to work shifts of up to 10 hours and more than 40 hours per week as scheduled

This position primarily operates in a non-climate-controlled indoor environment with minimal safety and health hazards. Employees are required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when entering and working in the warehouse and production area.
There may be occasional exposure to a warehouse/manufacturing setting, where employees may encounter non-toxic or nuisance smells from chemicals, airborne dust, moving mechanical parts, high noise levels, and hot/humid conditions during the summer months.
