We specialize in sustainably sourced plant-based oils that are used by major manufacturers in making products that we eat and use every day, products you love, like chocolate, veggie burgers, candles, cosmetics, lotions, organic products and more. Join us in building a better future with us as a Filler Operators at our food ingredients manufacturing facility in Louisville, KY. Filler Operators are responsible for filling the boxes that come down the assembly line to a certain weight, usually 50 pounds. After the case of material reaches the targeted weight, it moves down the line to be prepared for taping. Filler Operators can be placed on 2 separate lines: automated fillers and super sack fillers. The super sack filler is responsible for filling the large plastic sacks with material and transporting to the designated area. All Filler Operators are responsible for cleaning various parts of the factory during shut down/start up once a week
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Inspects Container- Correct and without damage
  • Ensures that the product is free from clumping/ discoloration/ foreign material
  • Ensures container is sealed properly and to the customer specifications
  • Makes work area ready for wash-downs, change over, and sanitation
  • Corrects product that needs weight adjustments/ closure corrections
  • Manually stacks finished product onto pallets as needed
  • Maintains work area so that is neat, clean and without foreign material present
  • Complies with all plant an personal GMP guidelines set forth by the company
  • Performs any and all tasks as assigned by any member of management
  • Participates on Safety Committee
  • Continuous improvement projects as directed by management

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 or more years in food manufacturing facility preferred
  • Must be literate and able to perform simple math
  • Must speak and understand English
  • Must be able to recognize letters and numbers
  • Ability to understand scale measurement
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the US, now and in the future, without sponsorship
