Providence Real Estate has an immediate opening for a full-time, temporary Leasing Specialist based primarily at Seasons at Westchase, with the flexibility to assist at other Providence communities in the Tampa area as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on leasing experience and variety, with the assignment running through the end of 2026.

The Setup

  • Full-time, temporary through December 2026
  • Primarily based at Seasons at Westchase
  • May provide occasional support to other Tampa-area Providence communities

Competitive Pay

  • $20–$23/hour plus leasing commissions

A Day in the Life

  • Pitch in on general office and community operations as needed

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong sales instincts and a talent for closing
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office
  • Reliable transportation (you may travel between communities)

Experience with Yardi, resident retention practices, or multifamily housing is a plus, though not required.
