Job description

Carlton Fields is seeking an Office Services Clerk for its Tampa office.

Responsibilities

  • Document Production - Preparing copies or other materials as requested to include printing, binding, scanning, or assembling binders ย 
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Sending and receiving faxes
  • Preparing overnight packages for shipping
  • Managing inventory and stocking of office supplies
  • Assisting with setting-up conference rooms for meetings and other related events/functions; post-meetings clean-up and break-down of set-ups
  • Ability to lift and move boxes, small furniture items, etc. ย 
  • Assisting with stocking paper in all copiers and printers on three floors
  • Checking conference rooms daily for neatness and stocking conference room supplies
  • Transfer of storage file boxes
  • Coverage for Office Services department at downtown Tampa office as needed
  • Extending excellent customer service with a positive and โ€œcan-doโ€ approach
  • Interacting with and maintaining strong relationships with business partners of the firm (i.e. Fedex, Shredding, USPS, courier deliveries, etc.)
  • Other office service-related responsibilities
  • Flexibility for overtime


Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years office services experience
  • Experience in a law firm or other professional organization is preferred
  • Knowledge of copiers, printers, faxes and other office equipment required
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted
  • Valid Florida Driver's License is required
  • Ability to work well with others as a team player, multi-task and prioritize workย

The salary range listed is just one component of the Carlton Fields total compensation package for employees.
