Job description

A boutique Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) located in Tampa is seeking a full-time Client Service Associate for a non-sales, non-advisory role. This position is ideal for someone who values teamwork, integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. The Client Service Associate will play a key role in delivering a first-class experience to the firm's clientele by supporting the dedicated team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations-an excellent opportunity to contribute meaningfully in a professional, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing a high volume of interactions via phone, in-person meetings, virtual platforms, and mail
Respond to client inquiries and provide support with account-related tasks in a timely and professional manner
Accurately open and maintain accounts and service requests using a variety of technology platforms
Guide clients through the onboarding process and assist them in navigating firm tools and resources
Process client paperwork and service requests, and coordinate outgoing communications and mailings
Oversee accounts payable and manage office service subscriptions and vendor relationships
Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to a team of three professionals
Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations by maintaining proper documentation and records
Maintain and update client information and files with a compliance audit mindset
Serve as a liaison for IT
Requirements:
3+ years of client service experience within the financial services industry
Proficiency with CRM software; experience with Advyzon, Fusion, and TradePMR is a plus
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail
Strong communication and active listening skills, paired with a tech-savvy mindset
Demonstrated professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive client information
FINRA SIE and/or Series 65 plus (must be willing to obtain)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools
