Job description

Position Title: Client Service Associate
Salary Range: $60,000-$75,000 / Year, DOE
Join a well-established wealth management firm where client service is the standard, not an afterthought. This Client Service Associate will work closely with financial planners, advisors, and fellow CSAs to deliver a high-touch experience for clients while managing account activity, preparing for meetings, coordinating with custodians, and keeping every detail moving behind the scenes.
The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of client service experience within an RIA, broker-dealer, or investment advisory environment and knows how to take ownership without waiting to be told what comes next. They are organized, proactive, confident with clients, and genuinely enjoy being the person a team can count on.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, answering questions, coordinating requests and providing responsive, professional service
  • Partner with financial planners and advisors to prepare for client meetings, organize materials and complete post-meeting follow-up
  • Process account openings, closings, distributions, IRA transactions and other client account requests
  • Coordinate with custodians and internal teams to ensure transactions, paperwork and client requests are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare client documentation, forms and supporting materials while maintaining organized and accurate records
  • Support a team-based service model by collaborating with fellow Client Service Associates and planners across the firm
  • Participate in client events and contribute ideas that improve processes, efficiency, and the overall client experience

Requirements
  • 2+ years of Client Service Associate experience within an RIA, broker-dealer, or investment advisory environment
  • Experience consistently supporting financial advisors or planners and working directly with investment or wealth management clients
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel formulas
  • Working knowledge of financial services terminology, account processes, and client service expectations
  • Exceptional organization, time management and follow-through with the ability to independently prioritize responsibilities
  • Confident, polished communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify needs, ask thoughtful questions, take ownership and contribute ideas
