As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organized, proactive Clinical Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team and play a key role in product launches, physician education programs, national conferences, and sales support

What You'll Do
As the Clinical Marketing Coordinator, you'll serve as the operational backbone of our Marketing Department, ensuring projects stay on track while supporting cross-functional teams and customer-facing initiatives.
Marketing & Project Coordination
• Coordinate day-to-day marketing projects and maintain project timelines.
• Support new product launches through planning, communication, and execution.
• Manage marketing inventory, promotional materials, demo kits, and branded
merchandise.
• Coordinate vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and marketing budgets.
• Maintain marketing assets, documentation, and project files.
• Utilize approved digital and AI-enabled tools to improve workflow efficiency.
Sales & Customer Support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing requests from sales
representatives and distributors.
• Coordinate fulfillment of literature, demo materials, and promotional items.
• Assist with CRM updates, lead tracking, and sales enablement initiatives.
• Support physician engagement programs and customer-facing marketing activities.
Events & Physician Education
• Coordinate logistics for national, regional, and local trade shows, conferences,
physician education labs, distributor meetings, and customer events.
• Manage exhibitor registrations, booth shipments, travel arrangements, event
schedules, and post-event reporting.
• Travel occasionally (approximately 5–10%) to support key events.
Digital Marketing Support
• Assist with website updates and content management.
• Support email marketing campaigns and marketing automation efforts.
• Track campaign performance, event leads, and marketing metrics.
Compliance & Documentation
• Maintain marketing records and documentation in accordance with healthcare
compliance standards.
• Support HCP event coordination while adhering to AdvaMed guidelines and
company policies.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare
Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, event planning, sales support,
project coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience working in healthcare, medical devices, biotechnology, life sciences, or
another regulated industry.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in medical device, orthopedic, spine, biologics, or physician-facing
healthcare industries.
• Experience coordinating trade shows, conferences, physician education programs,
or corporate events.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation software, website content
management systems, and project management tools.
• Understanding of healthcare compliance and AdvaMed guidelines.
• Experience using AI-powered productivity tools to improve organization and
workflow.
