Job description

This File Clerk is expected to perform the following tasks:
Conduct file research on required bridges.
Properly identify the bridges and Catalog.
Convert the hard copy documentations to electronic file; through scanning (pdf), index and store at the temporary location.
If any existing TIFs file are found, these files must be converted to pdf.
Record the daily bridge file completion.
Create a monthly report analysis of the bridge file (as needed).
Other duties maybe assigned to provide the state with a clean bridge documentation.

Skills Required :
Prior experience researching and auditing files; converting and organizing into digital formats.
Knowledge of file conversion process
Required Prior experience managing digital storage systems.
Required Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required Strong organizational skills with ability to work independently.
