What You'll Do

As a Field Support Technician, you'll get hands-on experience while supporting essential low-voltage and network infrastructure projects across the country:

  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain low-voltage systems, including Fiber Optics, Copper Cabling, Construction/Infrastructure components, and Telecommunications systems.
  • Learn how to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Work with industry-standard tools and testing equipment.
  • Build expertise in cabling, networking fundamentals, and system integration.
  • Partner with experienced technicians who will help you develop your technical abilities.
  • Deliver excellent service while representing Black Box at customer sites.
  • Follow all safety protocols and industry standards on each project.
