Whether you work in construction, agriculture, or security, you create staff schedules, delegate crew tasks, inspect completed work, and monitor all daily operations. You ensure projects meet all local, state, and federal codes and regulations. A career as a field supervisor requires extensive experience in your chosen industry, generally in a management role.
