Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Field Reimbursement Manager opportunity in Remote (Travel Required) with an onsite work schedule. Responsibilities for Field Reimbursement Manager include but are not limited to:

· We are seeking an experienced Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to support healthcare providers by resolving reimbursement and patient access challenges for specialty therapies.

· This is a field-based, client-facing role requiring strong expertise in Medicare, Commercial insurance, Buy & Bill, Specialty Pharmacy, Benefit Investigations, Prior Authorizations, Claims, and Appeals.

· Serve as the reimbursement expert for assigned provider accounts and territory.

· Support Benefit Investigations, Prior Authorizations, Claims Assistance, and Appeals to ensure timely patient access.

· Educate physician offices on payer policies, reimbursement processes, and manufacturer support programs.

· Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and manufacturer representatives.

· Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions for provider offices.

· Coordinate with internal hub teams to resolve reimbursement and access issues.

· Manage territory activities, account coordination, CRM documentation, and client reporting.

Candidates Field Reimbursement Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

· 8+ years of healthcare reimbursement experience.

· Strong experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy.

· Hands-on experience with Medicare and Commercial insurance, insurance verification, benefit investigations, prior authorizations, claims adjudication, and appeals.

· Experience supporting specialty therapies (e.g., Oncology, Dermatology, Immunology, Rare Disease, etc.).

· Excellent customer service, presentation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms.

· Previous Field Reimbursement Manager or field-based reimbursement experience.

· Specialty Pharmacy and account management experience.

· Experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturer support or patient access programs.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $58.20 per hour
