LinkRx is a healthcare solutions company dedicated to improving patient access to innovative therapies. We partner with biopharmaceutical manufacturers and provider networks to streamline reimbursement processes, optimize patient outcomes, and support successful product launches.
We are currently seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to support the launch of a new treatment for major depressive disorder (MDD) scheduled for Q1 2026. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring providers and patients across New Jersey and New York receive comprehensive reimbursement support.
Position Summary
The Field Reimbursement Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for providers on reimbursement matters related to the new MDD therapy. The role requires strong account management skills, the ability to navigate payer and specialty medication access challenges, and leadership experience to drive initiatives across the territory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate reimbursement support efforts across assigned provider networks in NJ and NY.
  • Partner with provider offices to resolve access barriers, including benefit verification, prior authorization, and claims support.
  • Deliver education and training to office staff on reimbursement processes and resources.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prescribers, practice managers, and support staff to facilitate timely patient access.
  • Provide regular field insights and access trend reporting to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
Qualifications
  • Required:
    • Demonstrated sales and account management experience.
    • Team management or leadership experience.
  • Preferred:
    • Healthcare industry experience, particularly in specialty medications.
    • Understanding of reimbursement dynamics, including payer coverage, prior authorizations, and specialty pharmacy distribution.
    • Based in Central New Jersey with the ability to travel throughout NJ and NY.
