Job description

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Field Reimbursement Manager opportunity – 80% travel in Gulf Coast/ South Texas. This is an American company distributing pharmaceuticals and providing health information technology, medical supplies, and care management tools. Responsibilities for Field Reimbursement Manager include but are not limited to:

· Support healthcare providers with benefit investigations, prior authorizations, claims assistance, and appeals.

· Serve as the primary reimbursement expert and advisor for assigned therapies and accounts.

· Educate provider offices on payer policies, reimbursement processes, and available support services.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, health systems, physician offices, and manufacturer representatives.

· Conduct field visits, provider training sessions, and educational programs across the territory.

· Partner with internal teams to resolve reimbursement issues and improve patient access to therapy.

· Manage territory activities, document customer interactions in CRM, and ensure client goals and service expectations are met.

Candidates for Field Reimbursement Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· 8+ years of healthcare reimbursement experience (insurance verification, prior authorizations, claims, appeals, patient access, etc.)

· Strong reimbursement knowledge with Buy & Bill products and/or Specialty Pharmacy.

· Experience working directly with hospitals, health systems, physician offices, or clinics (highly preferred).

· Medicare and Commercial insurance expertise, including benefit investigations and coverage processes.

· Field-based experience with territory management, provider relationship building, and customer-facing interactions.

· Ability to travel up to 80% (4 days per week, including overnight travel) within assigned territory.

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR required) and residency in the territory (Dallas preferred, Austin secondary).

Pay Details: $55.76 per hour
