Job description

Job Title: Field Reimbursement Manager

Region: Colorado, Nevada, Utah, eastern Idaho, Wyoming

About Neovance:

At Neovance, we’re transforming the patient experience by driving better outcomes through compassion, innovation, and operational excellence. With more than 30 years of experience partnering with the biopharmaceutical industry, we deliver agile, technology-enabled patient access solutions that help people start and stay on therapy.

Our expertise spans HUB services, patient assistance programs, field reimbursement, nursing, and non-commercial pharmacy—each designed to remove barriers to care and ensure patients receive the therapies they need when they need them.

Guided by our values of Agility, Integrity, Tenacity, Unity, and Quality, we work as one Neovance team to optimize access, enhance adherence, and make a meaningful impact—one patient at a time.

The Opportunity:

As a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM), you will serve as a strategic reimbursement and market access partner to healthcare providers navigating complex coverage challenges. You’ll educate, consult, and collaborate with provider offices to support patient access to critical therapies.

This Field Reimbursement Manager role blends strategic insight with frontline engagement. You’ll operate independently in the field while partnering with internal HUB teams and client stakeholders to remove barriers to therapy and drive measurable access outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver tailored reimbursement education and consultation to provider offices on payer policies, prior authorizations, denials, appeals, and specialty pharmacy pathways
  • Conduct on-site and virtual engagements aligned with brand strategy and therapeutic area need
  • Identify patient access barriers and provide compliant, actionable solutions to optimize therapy initiation and continuation
  • Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders to align on territory strategy and site visit objectives
  • Share field insights related to payer trends, regional policies, and reimbursement challenges
  • Serve as a liaison between HUB services and providers to streamline communication and clarify next steps
  • Utilize HUB data, payer research, and field reporting to inform territory routing and call planning
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and mentorship of new Field Reimbursement Managers

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred or equivalent work experience)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in reimbursement, market access, HUB services, pharmaceutical sales/marketing, or healthcare consulting

  • Demonstrated knowledge of payer policy, patient access workflows, and specialty pharmacy landscape

  • Experience in a field-based role engaging directly with healthcare providers preferred

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

  • Ability to travel up to 80% and reside near a major airport

  • Ability to work independently from a home office or while traveling

Compensation & Benefits:

All job offers are determined based on a candidate’s location, skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Regular, full-time, or part-time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
  • Life Insurance
  • Short- and Long-Term Disability
  • 401(k) with a 5% company match with immediate vesting
  • Personal Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO)
  • Company bonus where applicable

Neovance conducts all official hiring processes exclusively through verified channels. We do not extend employment offers or confirm hiring decisions based solely on email communication. We encourage you to be vigilant against fraudulent hiring messages—especially those offering unusually high pay, requesting personal information early in the process, or claiming to extend an offer without an interview.  For a full list of our job openings visit our career page.
