Job description

The primary responsibility of the Office Administrator is to perform complex administrative duties following established procedures.

Provide support to the facility by performing general clerical and administrative duties.

Review accounts payable with management

Research vendor costs for maintenance of facility and presents to management for review

Retention of contracts, billing records, security incidents and safety checklist for facility

Team lead on safety continuous improvement

Maintain safety manuals, scheduled fire drills, environmental weather drills

Works with management to conduct monthly meetings and record all actions taken at safety website

Equipment setup for offices in facility and ensures all new hires have functional phone equipment

Coordinate facility special events

Handle customer calls in absence of facility receptionist

Support leadership in safety and security matters.

Order and maintain office supplies.

Performs other duties as assigned.


High school diploma or GED and 2 years of relevant experience.

Proficient in Microsoft office applications.

Must be detail oriented, possess a high degree of accuracy and work well under pressure.

Attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer service driven.

Strong team player


Preferred Qualifications: This is an onsite position.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
