Job description

Würth USA is seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Sales Manager to lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team. In this role, you will oversee all sales operations within your assigned district, driving performance through both individual and team development. You will play a key role in motivating your team, strengthening customer relationships, and executing strategic initiatives that fuel sustained growth and success.

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $80K-120K, including base salary and performance-based bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead team members to set and meet sales growth goals.
  • Create and foster a collaborative and motivating team environment.
  • Create and maintain productive territories with effective routing plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee sales representatives' daily routines and give effective feedback.
  • Regular employee accompaniment (training on the job).
  • Ability to present, execute and implement effective strategies to upper management.
  • Assist in the interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new team members.

What You Will Bring:

  • At least 1 year of field sales management experience.
  • Ability to travel 75% of the time. (Within district)
  • A passion for sales and the motivation to succeed.
  • Experience in motivating sales teams individually and collectively as a team.
  • High level of organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
