Job description

Komar Screw is a leader in the fastener industry since 1969. Our in-house manufacturing capabilities, including cold-heading and screw machine operations, complement our complete distribution services. We have locations in Niles, IL, Fort Smith, AR, Nashville, TN, Brecksville, OH, & Springfield, MO. We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Account Executive to cover Wisconsin and Minnesota, residing in either of those states. Minimum once a month requirement to travel to our Niles, IL headquarters.

Responsibilities Include:
· Present and sell fasteners and fastener related products and services to new and existing customers
· Prospect and contact potential target customers, working closely with our Inside Sales team
· Set up weekly appointments and itineraries independently
· Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
· Report progress and all customer issues regularly with Sales Manager
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
· Fastener experience desired, but not required
· Ability to work independently and build rapport with customers
· Work well in a team environment working with our Inside Sales team
· Deadline and detail-oriented
· Superior time management skills
· Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
