Job description

My client is a fast-growing company within the metal construction fasteners industry. They are being backed by an $8b investment firm, with $1b set that is ear marked for growth, both organically and through M&A. They are looking for someone to aggressively expand their footprint.

The CEO is looking for an established senior salesperson with a stable work history and track record of successful national sales and effective leadership; specifically, from within the metal construction fastener industry. It is imperative to have excellent customer relation skills, as they view their customers as partners. They want someone who is a "eager, hungry, and a go getter" with a great attitude; as well as, someone with industry ties can come in, help them expand their business, and help take them to the next level. Their HQ is located in Tampa, but this person can be located anywhere in the Eastern or Central time zone! Education is also important in this role, as the senior leadership team has MBA's.

This is an opportunity to get in with a company that is dedicated to growth and not shy about giving their sales people the necessary tools and backing to make it happen! They are a very family oriented company, this is very important to them. They run quarterly family functions.
