What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of the Sales Department, you'll help keep customer orders, purchasing activities, and internal operations running efficiently from start to finish.
Order Processing & Sales Support
  • Enter and manage sales orders within company systems
  • Transfer manufacturing orders into NetSuite
  • Prepare routing documentation and material components
  • Support shipping documentation and transaction processing

Purchasing & Vendor Coordination
  • Create purchase order requisitions
  • Follow up with vendors and outside service providers
  • Monitor material receipts and resolve discrepancies

Customer Communication
  • Provide order updates and shipment status information
  • Expedite urgent and partial shipments
  • Manage communications through customer portals
  • Coordinate with Shipping, Purchasing, Quality, and Sales teams

Problem Solving & Process Improvement
  • Investigate inventory shortages and order discrepancies
  • Assist with NetSuite-related material issues
  • Track RMAs and rework orders
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across sales operations
