Fast Track Claims Adjuster


North American Risk Services is seeking a motivated Fast Track Claims Adjuster to join our dynamic team.  This is an ideal opportunity for professionals with at least 1 year of claims handling experience who are looking to grow their skills in a supportive, training-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

·         Manage a caseload of commercial transportation claims from first notice to resolution

·         Conduct thorough investigations including liability and negligence analysis

·         Determine coverage, analyze damages, and negotiate settlements

·         Communicate effectively with claimants, clients, and vendors

·         Establish and maintain timely and accurate reserves

·         Identify and refer potential subrogation or fraud cases

·         Ensure compliance with state regulations, client handling guidelines, and NARS Best Practices

 

What We’re Looking For:

·         Minimum 1 year of claims handling experience, preferably in commercial transportation

·         Active Claims Adjuster License (Florida or other applicable jurisdiction)

·         Willingness to obtain a NY 17-70 license (if not already held)

·         Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

·         Detail-oriented with excellent time management

·         Ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
