The Moises Cacique Farmers Insurance Agency in Thornton, CO is a recognized, award-winning agency and one of the fastest-growing in the Denver District. We hold ourselves to high standards, develop our people, and deliver real results for our clients.

We're hiring a full-time Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. You'll have a base salary, a strong commission structure, and the training you need to hit the ground running no prior insurance experience required.


Office Location: 11363 Colorado Blvd, Thornton, CO 80233

Schedule: MondayFriday | No evenings | Holidays off

This is a sales-forward, phone-based role. You'll be quoting and closing personal lines policies auto, home, life, and more using leads we provide. If you're looking for a structured environment where your income is tied directly to your output, this is the role.


Compensation:

  • Variable Compensation: Uncapped commission plan, 50% of all new business commissions
  • Fixed Compensation: $40,000 base salary
