Bret Ballentine Farmers Insurance is seeking a Licensed Insurance Producer to join our growing team of insurance professionals.

Responsibilities

Prospect, generate, and develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and lead management systems

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support

Conduct comprehensive needs-based assessments to recommend tailored insurance solutions

Present, explain, and sell insurance policies in a clear and professional manner

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals

Provide accurate quotes, process applications, and ensure timely follow-up with clients

Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and compliance requirements

Maintain detailed and organized records of all client interactions and policy documentation

Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism

Collaborate with team members to share strategies, drive growth, and contribute to agency success


Requirements

Active Property & Casualty license (required) and Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain within a set timeframe)

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (insurance background preferred but not required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly

Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
