We are hiring an Insurance Customer Service Assistant (Licensed & Bilingual a Plus) to join our team! This is a great opportunity to work with a passionate team and Agency owner for one of the best insurance companies in California! We welcome candidates from other insurance companies, real estate, banking, mortgage, and lending industries to apply for this position!

Responsibilities

Client Account Management: assist clients and potential clients on the phone and other platforms.

Quoting: You'll learn to be an architect and design the best insurance quotes for clients with excellent coverage and amazing prices.

Learn to collaborate with management and underwriting on Home, Auto and Business insurance.

Partnership Management: Maintain and Develop agency relations with partners, vendors, underwriting and clients.

Working directly with the agency owner to enhance your marketing, client management and relationship skills for agency and individual growth


Requirements

Bilingual is a plus.

Computer-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office programs

Strong communication skills - in-person, written and online.

Self-motivated, highly organized, and strong attention to detail

P&C and/or Life Insurance License a plus - willing to provide classes and train for right candidate.
