Calhoun Families First Center is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role focuses on providing exceptional mental health counseling services to youth and their families, leveraging both telehealth and traditional settings.   • Maintain an active caseload and establish strong therapeutic relationships with clients, adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, explore challenges, and plan for ongoing treatment or discharge as appropriate.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate personalized treatment plans that reflect the client's needs and goals.
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions, therapy progress, and treatment outcomes.
  • Perform initial intake assessments and collaborate with clients to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Engage in individual supervision and enhance professional skills through continuous learning.
  • Work alongside multidisciplinary teams, including other healthcare providers, to deliver holistic care to clients.
  • Uphold a growth mindset and contribute to a culture of learning and improvement within the organization.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role predominantly focuses on youth, including adolescents facing emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. Compensation and Benefits
