Staffing Solutions Relationship Manager
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Company: The Romagosa Group
Employment Type: Full-Time / Commission-Based
Benefits: 401(k), Health Insurance, Paid Vacation

About The Romagosa Group
The Romagosa Group is a diversified financial services organization that includes RG Workforce (Employer of Record services), RG Commercial Capital (factoring and finance), and RG Home Mortgage. Our mission is to bridge Wall Street expertise with Main Street opportunities — helping staffing agencies and small-to-mid-sized businesses grow through access to capital and world-class workforce solutions.

Position Summary
We are seeking a Staffing Solutions Relationship Manager to drive growth across our Employer of Record and funding divisions. This is a fully remote, commission-driven role ideal for professionals with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong industry relationships.
The ideal candidate understands the staffing industry, builds trust quickly, and can provide consultative solutions that combine EOR services, payroll funding, and factoring programs tailored to each client’s needs. You’ll focus on business development, relationship management, and client success — supported by a dedicated back-office and finance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with staffing agency owners, operators, and executives.
  • Present and sell Employer of Record, payroll, funding, and factoring solutions to prospective clients.
  • Build a robust pipeline through networking, referrals, and centers of influence within the staffing industry.
  • Maintain long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and finance teams to structure tailored client solutions.
  • Meet or exceed production and revenue goals.
  • Represent The Romagosa Group at industry events, virtual conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, client management, or sales within staffing, PEO, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of EOR, payroll, or factoring solutions preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate business through networking and referrals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial drive with a self-starter mentality; comfortable working remotely and independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Commission-based compensation with unlimited earning potential.
  • Access to a diverse suite of staffing and financial products to offer clients.
  • 401(k), healthcare, and paid vacation benefits available.
  • Fully remote position with CRM and marketing technology support.

Why Join The Romagosa Group
  • Be part of a forward-thinking financial ecosystem serving the staffing industry.
  • Offer clients comprehensive, flexible solutions that go beyond traditional EOR services.
  • Collaborate with a high-integrity, experienced team committed to your success.
  • Build your own book of business while representing a trusted, growing brand that believes in “funding the good in people.”

Compensation range: $100,000 to $175,000
