Job Summary
The Facilities Associate with The Restaurant Store is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in a retail branch location. The Facilities Associate will achieve a variety of operational goals by performing daily janitorial and building upkeep tasks. By ensuring the branch is consistently clean and well-maintained, the Facilities Associate supports a positive customer experience while aligning with the operational goals of our store teams.

Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming retail branch environment
  • Perform daily janitorial tasks, including sweeping, restroom and breakroom cleaning, and dusting shelves
  • Clean and sanitize flat surfaces such as manager counters, phones, and cart handles
  • Operate floor scrubbers and maintain floor cleanliness throughout the branch
  • Handle outdoor cleanup, including trash removal and seasonal maintenance
  • Support a positive customer experience through consistent building upkeep
  • Align facility maintenance efforts with the goals of sales, merchandising, and inventory teams
  • Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals
Work Hours
1st Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am-12:30pm
Physical Requirements
  • Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 9 hours/day.
  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
  • Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
  • Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
  • Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
