Job description

The Facilities Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, organized, and functional work environment. This position performs routine cleaning, facility upkeep, minor maintenance tasks, and supports daily building operations to ensure a positive experience for employees, customers, and visitors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, and other facility spaces.
  • Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
  • Restock restroom, kitchen, and facility supplies as needed.
  • Conduct routine inspections of facility areas and report maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Maintain facility grounds, including sidewalks, entrances, and outdoor common areas as assigned.
  • Follow established safety procedures and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Respond promptly to facility-related requests and emergencies.
  • Support contractors, vendors, and maintenance personnel as needed.
  • Maintain equipment and supplies in good working order.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach.
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
