Position Overview

Brows & Beauty Med Spa is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator to support our growing brands. This role combines content creation, social media management, digital marketing, and client sales conversion.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, self-motivated, and confident communicating with prospective clients to drive bookings and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Develop and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Meta platforms)
  • Respond promptly to DMs, comments, and client inquiries
  • Convert leads into booked appointments through professional sales communication
  • Follow up with prospects to increase booking rates
  • Track engagement, ad performance, and lead metrics
  • Support marketing campaigns across multiple brands

Additional Responsibilities (Personal Assistant Duties)

  • Assist ownership with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar coordination
  • Support with client communication, follow-ups, and internal organization
