Project Manager (Facade/Curtainwall) - Canton, OH - JOB 26-00401 Salary: $60K - $80K Permanent Position with Benefits Local manufacturing company involved in the development and application of advanced facade technology. Our work shapes the appearance of cities and provides comfort and protection to countless people. Building these monumental works requires a team of dedicated and committed people to be successful.

Candidate must be able to attend design-assist meetings and collaborate with architects, owners, and construction management teams. Responsibilities: Collaborate effectively with team members, clients, architects & engineers within Traditional Project Delivery Methods, Design Assist, and Integrated Project Delivery arena to create constructible envelope designs that meet project expectations. Attend required meetings and conference calls as the main point of contact during design-assist.

Work with vendors and design team to develop systems most appropriate to meet architects design intent and performance specification Assist with developing, managing, and executing project scope within budget. Manage project documents including submittals, cost tracking, and closeouts. Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and project partners to ensure efficient performance and on-time project delivery.

Skills: Proficient with the following Software: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) AutoCAD Adobe Suite/Acrobat and/or Bluebeam Revu Autodesk Revit Scheduling Software (Gantt, Primavera) Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
