Job Description

As a Facade/FISP Project Manager, you'll play a critical role in safeguarding New York City's iconic skyline through rigorous FISP inspections while contributing to the design and execution of innovative building projects. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact assignments, collaborate across disciplines, and grow within a company that values integrity, ingenuity, and long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Façade Inspections (FISP) using suspended scaffolds and boom lifts, documenting your findings in clear, detailed reports.
  • Develop construction and architectural drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for permit and bidding packages.
  • Engage directly with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Support construction administration efforts-including submittal reviews, RFI responses, and field coordination.
  • Represent the company professionally when designated as the primary client contact during project execution.
  • Participate in project meetings and ensure your technical input drives timely, high-quality results.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years experience in the field
  • Hands-on experience with façade inspections (especially FISP/local law work) and comfortable working at height.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with construction documentation standards.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and NYC construction codes.
  • Effective communicator with a collaborative spirit and client-focused mindset.
  • OSHA 30 and valid SST card preferred.

Salary: $70k to $95k Annually
