Key Responsibilities 

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, distribution, and productivity targets
  • Develop and execute an effective call plan, maintaining a consistent 4-to-12-week rotation across all accounts
  • Maintain strong in-store presence through merchandising, ensuring proper board placement, updated POP materials, and alignment with brand positioning
  • Leverage reporting, training tools, samples, and technology to manage your business and drive performance
  • Build and strengthen relationships across all levels within customer accounts
  • Conduct impactful product training sessions to ensure alignment with brand messaging and maximize sell-through
  • Grow existing accounts while actively prospecting and converting new business opportunities
  • Represent Europa at local, regional, and national trade shows
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership, contributing to overall growth strategy
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company initiatives
  • Plan and execute trunk shows and in-office events to drive consumer engagement and sales

Required Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Ability to lift and transport sample bags (25 lbs).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 100%), including overnight stays.[HL3] [DS4]
  • Valid driver's license and U.S. work authorization.

This is a commission‑based position with uncapped earning potential, where compensation is directly tied to your sales performance and territory volume. Europa Eyewear provides this compensation range as a good‑faith estimate; actual earnings may vary based on factors such as individual performance, sales volume, experience, skills, geographic location, and overall business needs.

The compensation details outlined in this posting reflect base pay only and do not include commissions, bonuses, or additional incentives. As part of our total rewards philosophy, Europa Eyewear also offers a comprehensive benefits package, which may include annual bonuses, paid time off, and region‑specific benefits.
