Our client is looking for Construction Shop Assemblers to add to their team! Our client is a leading manufacturer of millwork products such as pre-hung doors and they pride themselves on providing a comfortable, friendly, and laid-back work environment. Position: Construction Shop Assembler

  • Shift: Full-time, 1st shift: 7:00AM-3:30PM with potential for overtime
  • Pay: $16-20 per hour depending on experience

Position Summary: Our client is seeking multiple candidates with construction background and experience with power and hand tools to join their team. As a Construction Shop Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling residential interior and exterior pre-hung doors using hand and power tools including nail guns, chop saws, and table saws. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in construction, carpentry, or a related field, with a strong understanding of woodworking techniques and materials.

Construction Shop Assembler Duties:

  • Assemble residential internal and external doors according to blueprints and work orders
  • Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
  • Operate nail guns, chop saws, and table saws with precision
  • Measure, cut, and assemble wooden parts accurately

Construction Shop Assembler Qualifications:

  • Construction or carpentry background
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders, tape measures, and other directions
  • Ability to lift up to 50+lbs regularly
