Job description

Customer service in our ocean export department supporting our office in Oakland but based in our Shenandoah TX office or Oakland California.

Responsible for customer rate quotations, traffic, bookings, tracking and tracing, communications local customers and with overseas agents.

Knowledge of oversize and project freight, export procedures for AES/ACE, vehicles, and airfreight as well as a second language are a plus.

Requires experience with a freight forwarder, NVOCC or Steamship line.
