  • Lead major experiential marketing initiatives, such as industry events, tentpoles (CES, POSSIBLE, Cannes, Advertising Week etc.), and proprietary brand activations.
  • Develop creative briefs and work closely with internal teams and agencies on brand campaigns and experiential events.

  • Be responsible for driving the global brand and experiential marketing strategy and work closely with leadership on the global budget including forecasting and tracking.
  • Ensure experiential initiatives and partnerships are delivered effectively and on budget and be able to measure success and demonstrate ROI.

Your skills and experiences:

  • 8โ€“10 years of progressive experience in brand marketing, event production, or experiential marketing, ideally within AdTech, SaaS, media, or agency settings.
  • Proven track record of personally managing at least 2โ€“3 flagship industry events or major brand activations per year from concept to post-event reporting.
  • Experience navigating fast-paced, corporate environments where leaders wear multiple hats.
  • Portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable business outcomes from past brand activations and campaigns.
  • Deep experience designing, building, and executing live brand activations, trade show presence (e.g., Cannes Lions, CES, Advertising Week), pop-ups, and executive dinners and roundtables.
  • Hands-on experience managing large budgets, including line-item forecasting, vendor negotiation, and measuring event impact (pipeline contribution, brand lift, engagement metrics).
  • Proven track record hiring and managing external production houses, experiential agencies, booth builders, fabricators, and talent/influencers.
  • Ability to bridge brand strategy with internal partnersโ€”specifically Sales, PR, Product, and C-suite executivesโ€”ensuring event narratives drive commercial outcomes.
  • Experience managing 1โ€“3 direct reports (e.g., Event Managers, Marketing Coordinators) or leading cross-functional project teams.

What Youโ€™ll Get:

At Teads, your scope is bigger than your title. Here is what you can count on in return:

  • Meaningful scope & real ownership โ€” take complete ownership of high-visibility global tentpoles and shape how the adtech and media industry experiences Teads.
  • Global exposure and genuinely complex challenges at real scale โ€” reach 2.2Bn users / month and 18Bn ad opportunities / day.
  • Smart, ambitious peers collaborating across 30+ global markets.
  • A genuinely human culture โ€” high care alongside high accountability, supporting ambitious work in an inclusive environment.
  • Real investment in your growth โ€” mentorship, coaching, workshops, certifications, and leadership development programs to continuously stretch your career.
