Job description

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Subcontracts Expeditor to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Plans and directs the activities associated with subcontract administration and the monitoring of supplier delivery schedules.

  • Monitor progress to ensure timely completion of milestones and adherence to organizational quality and compliance standards.

  • Implement process improvements for subcontractor management and oversee the preparation of Technical Reports for executive-level review and coordination.

  • Manages the execution of subcontract expediting tasks for Special Operations Command Centers within the Pacific AOR.

  • Evaluate regional procurement Status Reports to prioritize resource allocation for infrastructure and mission-support projects.

  • Lead the coordination of local vendors and Logistics Teams to resolve performance issues affecting theaterwide readiness and operations.

  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).

  • 10+ years of position-relevant experience.

  • Experience in quality gate oversight and developing technical subcontract compliance protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or a related field.

  • Experience with Navy Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) procurement.

  • Knowledge of MIL-STD delivery and security protocols.

Clearance Required:

  • Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
