FOODSERVICE OR BAKERY PRODUCTS BUYING EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
Growing company, seeking to add one more Replenishment Buyer & Logistics Coordinator to oversee inventory replenishment buying, procurement and logistics operations. This role also plays a critical part in maintaining AIB compliance, supervising warehouse associates, truck drivers, and delivery personnel to ensure food safety and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Replenishment & Buying:
  • Forecast and manage inventory to ensure stock levels meet customer needs.
  • Perform routine ingredients and packaging replenishment buying using QuickBooks.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships, assist customers and vendors professionally.
  • Constantly check quantity and pricing mistakes and adjust inventory accordingly.
  • Update inventory product photos, description, and maintain filings of COA, BOL, etc.
  • Send out new product e-mails and item description to customer base & employees.
Logistics Coordination:
  • Plan and coordinate shipments, deliveries, and warehouse operations.
  • Schedule inbound and outbound freight to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
AIB & Food Safety Oversight:
  • Implement and monitor adherence to AIB Consolidated Standards for Inspection.
  • Conduct routine checks of warehouse, delivery, and operational practices.
  • Ensure warehouse associates, truck drivers, and delivery personnel follow food safety protocols, PPE requirements, and proper handling procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting for audits.
Team Management & Training:
  • Support warehouse and delivery staff.
  • Conduct regular operational meetings and toolbox talks.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics coordination (FOODSERVICE OR BAKERY PRODUCTS BUYING EXPERIENCE NEEDED).
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks, Outlook.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and AIB standards.
  • Experience supervising staff and managing schedules to task operational responsibilities and warehouse management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Forklift and warehouse safety knowledge preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License is required for this position. Driving between warehouses for inventory counts and checks are performed on a daily basis. Driving for sample checks may also be required based on business needs.
  • Proficiency in additional languages especially Spanish or Armenian, will be a plus.
