Job description

Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey's largest nonprofit healthcare systems, is seeking an OB/GYN to lead our new systemwide Menopausal Health Program in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey. The Clinical Program Lead will serve as the clinical, strategic, and operational leader responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of a comprehensive menopausal care program across the system. This physician leader will establish and scale evidence-based, patient-centered models of care designed to improve access, quality, and consistency for midlife women.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and launching a systemwide menopausal health program
  • Establishing standardized, evidence-based clinical protocols and care pathways
  • Expanding care delivery through in-person services, telehealth, and innovative models
  • Developing strategic partnerships with external virtual menopause care platforms (e.g., Midi)
  • Leading provider education and advancing system-wide clinical expertise
  • Collaborating across specialties to integrate menopausal care into broader care delivery
  • Driving program performance, quality outcomes, and patient experience


     

This is a high-impact leadership role for a physician passionate about advancing menopausal and midlife women's health through innovation and system-level change. All deliveries and gynecologic surgeries are performed at Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center.
Salary Range: $300,000-$345,000 base salary only; excludes any quality and/or productivity incentives
