Job Summary:
Exxat is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join their Customer Experience function. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of their innovative education management platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet market needs.
Responsibilities:
• Use your background in accreditation to help develop an accreditation management module that caters to all the disciplines that Exxat caters to
• Perform interviews with SMEs and gather comprehensive requirements
• Utilize your experience to develop a comprehensive assessment tool for schools including programmatic assessment plan, student performance tracking, etc.
• Develop customer-focused content that highlights discipline expertise and product capabilities to enhance adoption and value
• Design and deliver Exxat Prism webinars, including product training and discipline-specific sessions (often in collaboration with guest speakers)
• Support the design and facilitation of internal product training as needed
• Provide scripts and feedback on Exxat’s help resources including documents, videos, and podcasts
• Create and execute cross-functional project plans that drive adoption and enhance the overall customer experience
• Create business reviews for CX function.
• Serve as a product champion at industry conferences alongside Sales and Marketing teams
• Share insights on evolving trends and emerging requirements within allied health education and related disciplines
• Work with industry partners, influencers, and thought leaders to amplify Exxat’s reach and strengthen credibility within the health sciences education sector
Qualifications:
Required:
• Graduate degree in Health Sciences (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in content development, education, or a related field
• Prior appointment as faculty at any rank in a health education program with experience in curriculum, assessment, and accreditation
• Prior SaaS, EdTech, or Learning & Development (L&D) experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in creating business review presentations and executive summaries
• Proficiency in CRM systems
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
