We welcome motivated and academically driven risk management college students local to Tampa, Florida, to participate in our intensive 10-week Summer Insurance Advisory Services Rotational Internship Program. This unparalleled opportunity is specially crafted for early-career professionals eager to explore the world of insurance and risk management.
Our program is designed for those who share our dedication and passion for risk management and insurance. We prioritize the professional development of our interns, investing significantly in their potential. As part of our comprehensive rotational program, you will be introduced to our three core business segments: Commercial Risk Management, Employee Benefits, and Private Risk Management.
In addition to interacting with top C-suite professionals during intern enrichment sessions, you will also get the unique chance to take part in client visits, mentorship opportunities, and gain practical hands-on experience through shadowing professionals within our dynamic business segments.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage fully in our 10-week comprehensive learning program designed to provide a deep understanding of insurance and risk management.
Rotate through our key business segments, acquiring hands-on experience and valuable industry insights.
Connect with top C-suite professionals during intern enrichment sessions and expand your industry knowledge.
