Summary
We are seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) Generalist to support enterprise learning initiatives with a strong focus on program development, instructional design, and leadership/soft skills training. This role will partner closely with the Talent & Leadership Development team to design, enhance, and deliver impactful learning programs for employees and emerging leaders.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on L&D professional who can translate learning needs into structured programs, create engaging training content, and support execution through LMS administration and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
  • Design and develop learning programs focused on leadership development and soft skills
  • Translate training needs analysis and feedback into structured learning solutions
  • Create and enhance training materials including presentations, job aids, and learning resources
  • Review and improve existing training content for clarity and effectiveness
  • Manage LMS (Cornerstone) activities including course setup, registrations, and communications
  • Support program operations including scheduling, coordination, and learner engagement
  • Analyze learning feedback, evaluations, and survey data quarterly to recommend improvements
  • Support expansion of learning programs for individual contributors and leadership development
  • Facilitate portions of onboarding and other training sessions as needed
  • Collaborate with L&D Program Managers, Instructional Design team, and HR stakeholders

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in Learning & Development with program or project coordination
  • Experience developing training content and learning materials (instructional design)
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms (Cornerstone preferred)
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Experience supporting leadership development or soft skills training programs
  • Ability to interpret learning data and provide actionable insights
  • Experience facilitating training sessions or onboarding programs preferred
  • Exposure to eLearning tools or content creation platforms is a plus
