We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team!

Qualifications
Required Skills:
  • Three (3) years' experience in Payroll preferred.
  • Payroll experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Additional Qualifications/Skills:
  • Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Unrelenting attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
  • Ability to process payroll with little or no supervision.

Responsibilities
Responsible for timely and accurate input of payroll related items for assigned locations. Audits assigned facility data to ensure accuracy and consistency with policy and procedure. Process completed payroll including check preparation for timely distribution to facilities according to assigned schedules. Integrates the organization's mission and "Guiding Principles" into daily practice.
Minimum Salary
USD $25.00/Hr.
Maximum Salary
USD $31.00/Hr.
