Job Description

A Day in the Life 

As a Radiology Associate, you serve as the first point of contact for patients and their families, setting the tone for a positive care experience from the moment they arrive. Your professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail help support a smooth and welcoming visit focused on care, wellness, and healing.

In this role, you will accurately obtain and verify patient demographics and insurance information, ensuring all details are entered correctly into the registration system. You will also coordinate and schedule appointments, including imaging studies, procedures, and follow-up visits.

Through both in-person and phone interactions, you will provide courteous, responsive service, helping patients and families feel informed, supported, and at ease throughout their visit.

Qualifications

What's Required  

  • High school graduate or GED
  • 6 months to 1 year Customer Service experience required. Usually achieved by previously working with the public with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in typing, Windows, and experience with multiple computer systems.
