Your Role:

As our HVAC & Plumbing Sales Manager, you'll lead and grow our residential and commercial sales team across multiple markets. You’ll be instrumental in driving revenue, mentoring team members, and working with leadership to develop winning sales strategies that align with our core values and long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Sales team through training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for HVAC & plumbing services
  • Oversee bid proposals, contract negotiations, and strategies to maximize profitability
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop quotas and strategies
  • Track KPIs, generate reports, and ensure sales goals are met and exceeded

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in HVAC and Plumbing sales management
  • Experience in team leadership, training, and performance development
  • Strong understanding of residential and light commercial systems
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and data-driven; able to work with CRM and proposal tools
  • Ability to travel occasionally between from Colorado to our Montana location
