Job description

The primary responsibilities of the Director are to represent the mission of the organization, maintain strong university partner relationships, manage the site's budget, work closely with the local advisory board and the national development team to raise the annual budget, and manage a team that ensures the coordination of all program operations. The Director must be a strong leader, highly motivated, organized, enthusiastic, willing to travel, a great communicator, hardworking, and a strong role model. The Director reports to the Regional Vice President.
