Executive Legal AssistantIntroduction:

Elite Technical is seeking an Executive Legal Assistant who resides within 45 miles of Baton Rouge LA as this position is an onsite opportunity. The Executive Legal Assistant will be responsible for researching and analyzing record requests, maintaining case files, communicating with internal and external parties, and providing support on legal matters.

Responsibilities:
  • Research and analyze record requests from third parties
  • Read, review, understand, organize, redact, and produce records in response to requests
  • Research corporate systems and document repositories to locate relevant information
  • Maintain case files, charts, databases, and tables to track operational and legal information
  • Communicate with requestors and internal personnel to facilitate progress of responses
  • Assist with other legal support matters as needed
Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Admin/Paralegal administrative support experience
  • Strong understanding of the legal process and ability to analyze legal documentation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Precise attention to detail and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Teams) and eDiscovery software
  • Ability to prioritize, organize workflow, take initiative, and work independently
  • Handle confidential material with discretion
